Hi! I’m Scott Schirmer
Being a union construction worker for almost 19 years, I know what it’s like to have constant aches, pains, and nagging injuries.
I had tried everything from massage to acupuncture to yoga, to the chiropractor. While I received some short term relief, none produced the lasting changes I was hoping for.
Then I found Functional Range Conditioning and everything changed. By focusing on improving my mobility using FRC principles I was able to address the causes of my issues and not just treat the symptoms. Which in turn brought about lasting changes.
Not only am I able to do the things I need my body to do on a daily basis, but I am also able to do the activities I love to do. I was even able to start rock climbing, hiking, trail running and getting back to strength training. Things I wouldn’t have imagined possible prior to FRC.
