That’s why I made this series of 10 short videos that you can slip in your own mobility work to any standard yoga class. It’s a great way to show your joints a little extra love in a class by adding in some rotational and isometric work.
I did my best to pick fairly popular poses that you will see on the regular. And also keep it as inconspicuous as possible so you don’t look like that person kicking up into handstand when it’s savasana!
